HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated a lease renewal agreement in Houston on behalf of the landowner, Behringer Harvard. Petroleum Experts has signed a lease renewal deal with Behringer Harvard for 3,753 square feet of space at Two Eldridge Place situated at 757 N. Eldridge Parkway.
