EVERETT, WA-ARKA Properties and its tenant Intermec is seeking for a buyer or new tenant for a two-floor office building in Everett. The 312,000-square-foot building sits on a 44.7-acre Intermec campus situated at 6001 36th Ave. W. Jones Lang LaSalle is handling the marketing of the property.
