WASHINGTON, DC-Avison Young, a real estate firm based in Toronto, has appointed Marty Almquist as a principal of its Washington, DC office. Almquist will work with Dave Millard and Peter Berk, the company's Virginia office principals. Prior to joining Avison Young, she served as senior vice president for Cassidy Turley's Northern Virginia operations.
