BIRMINGHAM, AL-B.L. Harbert International will construct a new campus for its international business on Lakeshore Parkway in Birmingham. The company will construct a two-floor office building measuring 38,000 square feet and a distribution center spanning 38,000 square feet on the 12-acre site.
