
NEW YORK CITY-A 20-floor, 305-unit building at 25 Broad Street, which was planned for a condominium conversion, is now a rental apartment building. Rose Associates is handling the leasing for the rental building. The rents for one-bedroom units are beginning at $3,133 and that of two-bedroom units starting at $5,205.
