SAN DIEGO-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has closed the sale of a two-building apartment complex called the Diamond 24 Apartments in Pacific Beach for $3.3 million. The apartment complex situated at 1754 and 1742 Diamond Street comprises adjoining 16-unit and 8-unit courtyard buildings.
