DENVER-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a retail center in Denver. Cielo Yosemite LLC has sold the Shops at Park Meadows, a retail center measuring 5,556 square feet at 9226 Park Meadows Drive in Lone Tree, to a private investor for an amount of $1.99 million.
Three tenants, namely Max Muscle, Pasta Jay's restaurant and Subway, occupy the retail center. Brad Lyons, Megan Read, Philip Voorhees and Pat Toomey from CBRE represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
