NEW YORK CITY-Ithaca-based Cornell University has occupied 10,550 square feet of space at 230 Park Avenue. The university, which has already subleased 8,800 square feet in the Helmsley Building, will use the space to operate its endowment fund.

Asking rent for the newly leased space in the building was in the high-$50s. Gere Ricker with MB Real Estate represented the tenant, while Jordan Berger of Monday Properties represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
