
NEW YORK CITY-The Gagosian Gallery has renewed its lease at 980 Madison Avenue in Manhattan for 10 years. As per the deal, the art gallery is occupying little over 50,000 square feet covering the fourth through sixth floors of the building.
In the deal, Jeff Fischer and Scott Panzer of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Aby Rosen represented the owner, RFR Realty. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
