ORLANDO-The Land Advisors Organization's Orlando office has completed the sale of single-family lots in Orlando for Orleans Homes' former Masterpiece Homes division. As per the deals, Meritage Homes purchased three 82' single-family sites in The Preserve at Black Hammock in Oviedo for $226,500 and Centerline Homes bought 136 partly developed and fully developed single-family sites in East Lake Park in Osceola County for $4,000,000.
