DALLAS-Landmark Residential, an investor based in Jupiter, Florida, has bought 10 apartment properties consisting of nearly 1,800 apartments along Interstate 30 near Lake Ray Hubbard in Mesquite and Garland. The investor has purchased the Lakeway apartment communities from Dallas-based Westdale Asset Management.
The I-30 corridor units, constructed in the 1980s, were turned into apartments. The apartment communities are more than 90% leased. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate's Balthrope Group of Institutional Property Advisors listed the units for sale in late last summer.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
