DENVER-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of an apartment property in Denver. Courtyard Limited has sold The Courtyard, an apartment complex consisting of 197 units at 5100 Leetsdale Drive in Denver, to R Investments for $9.1 million.
