BROOKLYN, NY-Realty Collective, a residential brokerage firm based in Brooklyn, has bought Vita Real Estate, a brokerage firm working in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn. This is the second acquisition for the brokerage firm.
In 2009, Realty Collective acquired Brooklyn-based Frank Manzione Real Estate, a firm specializing in the neighborhoods of the Columbia Street and Red Hook waterfront.
