SAN DIEGO-Sapphire Tower has proclaimed that 80% of its high-rise residential units have been sold out. The 32-floor tower located at 1262 Kettner Blvd. #1401 in San Diego comprises 97 high-end homes, which include penthouse designs, two- and one-bedroom units. The tower's top nine floors feature 18 half-floor penthouses.
