DENVER-Etkin Johnson Group has announced that SMA American Production LLC, a manufacturer of solar products, has leased a second building in the Enterprise Park at Stapleton. SMA American Production has signed a lease for 10 years with Etkin Johnson Group for the second largest building measuring 148,902 square feet at 10075 E. 40th St.
With SMA's expansion, the occupancy rate at Enterprise Park has reached 90%. In 2010, SMA closed a manufacturing building spanning 172,337 square feet at 3801 N. Havana St.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
