CARLSBAD, CA-Orange County-based Waterworks Aquatics has recently acquired an industrial property at 270 Gateway Road in Carlsbad's Bressi Ranch neighborhood from LJR LLC for an amount of $1.2 million. The company will open an indoor swim facility at the industrial site on April 28.
The swim school, which measures 8,700 square feet, will be used by the City of Carlsbad and it will also serve the entire northern San Diego County. Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial represented both the parties in the sale.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
