NEW YORK CITY-The American Association of Advertising Agencies has signed a 15-year lease for 23,000 square feet of space at 1065 Sixth Ave. situated between West 40th and West 41 streets. The new space has a terrace measuring 2,500 square feet.
The asking rent for the space was nearly $55 per square foot. In the lease negotiation, Jeffrey Peck and Daniel Horowitz of Studley represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Blackstone.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
