CLEARWATER, FL-AEW Capital Management L.P. has purchased the Northwood Plaza, a Publix-anchored shopping center in Clearwater, from Northwood Plaza, LLC. The center, which has 200,000 square feet of gross leasable space, was 91% occupied at the time of acquisition.
Starbucks, CVS, Talbots and Stein Mart are some of the other tenants of the center located at the junction of Enterprise Road and McMullen Booth Road. Plaza Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
