MILL VALLEY, CA-A Whole Foods-anchored shopping center has changed hands. GRI Alto Center LLC has paid more than $12 million for the Alto Center Shops, a multi-tenant retail complex measuring 20,000 square feet in Mill Valley.
A partnership owned the shopping center for nearly 30 years. The deal was completed in the low 6 capitalization range between $600 and $700 per square foot.
