NEW YORK CITY-Brooklyn-based Beer Table is planning to open its first retail store in Grand Central Terminal. The retailer has inked a lease for seven years with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority for about 300 square feet of space in the Graybar Passage extending from Lexington Avenue to the hall.

The minimum rent for the retail space will be $6,300 per month besides a percentage rent. Beer Table will sell bottled beers, beer growlers and some food items.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
