In the first deal, the company represented Compendium International to lease 2,000 square feet at 3050 Burris Road in Davie to house its corporate headquarters. In the second deal, Brenner represented Emerald Hills Executive Plaza, LLC in the lease expansion of Rosenfield & Zalkind, P.L..
