HOUSTON-Simmons Vedder Partners has begun construction of a 320-unit multifamily complex in Houston. The firm purchased 10-acre site in the Energy Corridor District for the project from the Texas General Land Office. The complex will be named as Domain at Eldridge. The complex will comprise units with size range between 650 square feet and 1,425 square feet.
Rampart Construction is the general contractor of the complex. Behringer Harvard is providing a mezzanine loan, while JPMorgan Chase is financing the project.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
