Some of the notable deals include Berger Singerman's 25,837-square-foot lease at 1450 Brickell Ave., Morgan Stanley's 19,104-square-foot lease at 201 South Biscayne Blvd. and Apex USA's 10,683-square-foot lease at 201 South Biscayne Blvd.
