MILWAUKEE-DaVita Inc., a kidney dialysis company based in Denver, has inked a deal to lease 10,450 square feet in Greenfield, Wisconsin for 15 years. The company is also looking for three more sites in the Milwaukee area. Matthew Fetter of USI Real Estate Brokerage Services Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant.
