ADDISON, IL-Denver-based DCT Industrial Trust has bought a warehouse spanning 156,000 square feet from Aviva Life Insurance Co. for $3.4 million. The warehouse located at 450 S. Lombard Road in west suburban Addison is one-third occupied. DCT has hired Darwin Realty & Development Corp. to handle the leasing of the lingering space.
