PITTSBURGH-A personal care home, situated in Washington County, Pennsylvania, will change hands towards the end of the month. Shelly Farmer and Joseph Farmer have recently signed a contract to acquire Dunlevy Gardens, a 24-bed personal care home on Route 88 in Dunlevy.
