WASHINGTON, DC-Level 2 Development LLC has signed two tenants at the View 14 mixed-use development. The YWCA National Capital Area has signed a lease for 15,000 square feet of space at the 2303 14th St. NW development.
In another deal, Beta Academy has leased 9,000 square feet of space on the lower level of the project. In the lease transactions, Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the landlord as well as YWCA, and Thur & Associates represented Beta. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
