HOLLYWOOD, FL-Kimco Realty Corporation has signed leasing deals with three new tenants at its Oakwood Plaza. Trends, a fashion store for women, has leased 3,000 square feet and Blush Nails and Spa has occupied 1,421 square feet in the plaza. The third deal is a 1,098-square-foot lease signed by Yum Berry, a concept of self-serve frozen yogurt.
