NEW YORK CITY-Welch Capital Partners is relocating from its 6,780-square-foot space at 600 Lexington Ave. to Park Avenue. The firm has leased 5,500 square feet of space at 90 Park Ave. situated between East 39th and East 40th streets for five years.
