CHICAGO-A venture of Acadia Realty Trust, a real estate investment firm based in White Plains, New York, has purchased 105,449 square feet of retail space in the Heritage at Millennium Park at 55 E. Randolph St. The firm has purchased the Heritage Shops property from a venture of Mesa Development LLC.
The LA Fitness-anchored property changed hands for $31.6 million or about $299 per square foot. Stanley Nitzberg of Oakbrook Terrace-based Mid-America Real Estate Group represented the seller in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
