OAK BROOK, IL-American Realty Advisors, a pension-fund adviser based in Glendale, California, has agreed to purchase Regency Towers, a two-tower, 402,318-square-foot office complex just off Interstate 88 in west suburban Oak Brook. The firm will pay nearly $70 million or about $175 per square foot for the property situated near the Oakbrook Center shopping mall.

The 13-story complex is owned by New York-based TIAA-CREF. James Postweiler with Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. is marketing the office complex for TIAA-CREF.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
