MESA, AZ-Arizona Corrugated Container Co. has purchased the former Levitz Furniture building located at 225 S. Dobson Road in Mesa for an amount of $3.8 million. The company has bought the 152,400-square-foot industrial building from San Francisco-based Krausz Puente LLC.
Arizona Corrugated Container acquired the property through John W. Widera and Leslie Maria Widera Living Trusts. Phoenix-based Cassidy Turley/BRE Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal.
