NEW YORK CITY-Pinnacle Group and Praedium Group are planning to sell 17 buildings totaling 27 storefronts and 216 apartments in Harlem. Massey Knakal Realty Services has been hired to appraise the properties on behalf of the partners.

The properties are spread across Manhattan, Amsterdam and Columbus avenues. Lehman Brothers was about to foreclose on
