NEW YORK CITY-Milbank Tweed Hadley McCloy LLP, a law firm that occupies space in Chase Manhattan Plaza, will likely to change its location. JPMorgan Chase, the owner of the building, wants more space in the tower for itself, so it has decided not to renew the lease deal.
