BOSTON-Flexera Software Inc. has subleased its 8,760 square feet of space at 100 North Washington St. in Boston to Open Mile Inc. In the deal, Ryan Hurd and Gilbert Dailey of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. negotiated on behalf of the sub-landlord, while Lauren Vecchione and Tad Lee of Colliers International negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
