SAN DIEGO-Construction work has started on a $33-million development in San Diego's Barrio Logan neighborhood. PCL Construction has started its $18.8-million construction work at the Mercado del Barrio project.
The west section of the project will include a 13,862-square-foot retail space as well as a grocery store, while the east section will include a three-story, 209 parking structure and a 34,544-square-foot retail/restaurant space.
