HOMEWOOD, AL-Birmingham-based Rock Apartment Advisors has closed the sale of a 220-unit apartment complex located on US 31 in Homewood, Alabama, for about $18.4 million or $84,000 per unit. The company negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller of the Wildforest and Wildridge apartment complex constructed on an 18-acre site.
