AUSTIN, TX- Bryan Dabbs of Stream Realty Partners has negotiated two new leasing deals for Twin Liquors. In the first deal, Twin Liquors has inked a 6,000-square-foot lease at Expressway Plaza Shops in Killeen. In this deal, Russ Howard of the Weitzman Group represented the owner.
In the second deal, Twin Liquors has signed a 4,278-square-foot lease at Plaza del Rey in Seguin. In this deal, Delta Properties negotiated on behalf of the owner.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
