PHOENIX-Chicago-based Equity Residential has sold its two apartment complexes in Phoenix to Omni Capital LLC, a Canadian company, for $41.4 million. First property is the Desert Homes, a 412-unit complex located at 17249 N. Seventh Street. Second property is the Remington Place, a 412-unit complex situated at 17435 N. Seventh Street.
