ORLANDO-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of an apartment community in Orlando. Vista Verde, a 200-unit community beside the Metrowest Golf Course in Orlando, has changed hands.
The property, constructed in 1990, was 94% occupied at the time of closing. Vista Verde offers barrel tile roofs, a complete amenity package along with a resort-style pool and private garages. Luke Wickham and Shelton Granade from CBRE's Central Florida Multi-Housing Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
