NEW YORK CITY-Gregorys Coffee has signed an agreement to lease 2,250 square feet at 12 East 46th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues for 12 years. As per the leasing terms, the growing coffee chain will occupy 500 square feet in the basement and 1,750 square feet on the ground floor of the building.

Shelton Franklin of Blair Partners negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. This is Gregorys Coffee's fourth location in Manhattan. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
