WOOD DALE, IL-Hegele Logistic LLC, a medical equipment firm, has inked a long-term lease for 207,000 square feet of industrial space in Wood Dale. The 439,350-square-foot industrial building is located at 855 N. Wood Dale Road. With this lease, the building is now fully leased. AMB Property Corp. is the owner of the warehouse building.
