WICHITA, KS-Kelly Donham, a businessman based in Wichita, has proposed a new plan to modify the old Caldwell-Murdock building located at 111 E. Douglas into an apartment complex. He also plans to build a one-floor building comprising a clubhouse and commercial space just east of the Caldwell-Murdock building.
In addition, Donham would build a 62-vehicle, two-level parking lot for the apartment building. He initially planned to build a luxury hotel on the site.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
