MEDFORD, OR-Lithia Motors Inc., a car retailer based in Medford, will start construction of its headquarters in Medford in April 22, 2011. The retailer will build a 69,000-square-foot, four-floor building to accommodate its nearly 300 employees. The building's first floor will also have space for restaurant and retail operations.
Lithia Motors will invest about $18 million in the development that includes amount for land acquisition. The company plans to occupy the new building in 2012 fall.For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal.
