GARLAND, TX-Navistar Inc., an Illinois-based manufacturer of vehicles, has inked a deal to lease 472,200 square feet of warehouse space located at 3737 Miller Road in Garland, Texas. Hillwood is the owner of the industrial building.
In the deal, Rob Kingsbury, Michael Swaldi and Dan McGillicuddy of Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while the owner was represented internally by Toby Rogers.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
