THE WOODLANDS, TX-Newfield Exploration Co. has signed a deal to lease 90,000 square feet at 4 Waterway Square to house its corporate headquarters. The office tower spanning 216,000 square feet is located at 4 Waterwasy in The Woodlands, Texas. The Woodlands Development Co. was the developer of the office tower.
