CORAL SPRINGS, FL-Dizengoff-Trading Group has acquired the North Hills Square, a 64,000-square-foot shopping center, for $8.9 million. The retail center is situated at 4650 University Drive in Coral Springs. A Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market measuring 52,024 square feet is the anchor tenant of the center.
