SAN DIEGO-Pearl & Herschel LLC has acquired a two-story multi-tenant office building measuring 14,773 square feet at 9740 Appaloosa Road in Scripps Ranch for an amount of $1.3 million. The property was bought by a private party as a piece of a 1031 exchange.
