AUSTIN, TX-Tech Ridge LP has placed the Tech Ridge Center on the market for sale without an asking price. The company has appointed Grubb & Ellis Co. to handle the marketing of the 331,144-square-foot retail center located in northeast Austin. HEB is the anchor tenant of the shopping center.
