FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-RFH Advisors Palm Vista, LLC has acquired an apartment complex comprising 136 units in Fort Myers from Coral Gulf IV, LLC for $2.5 million. The multifamily asset called Palm Vista comprises 12 two-floor buildings with two-bedroom/two-bath and one-bedroom/one-bath units. It also features facilities, including a fitness center, clubhouse and playground.
